Returns and Exchange of shipped products

Divi Arts Studio stand behind the quality of their products and will happily accept returns within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, for products that were damaged during shipping.

We can and only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged.

In any case, please contact us by filling out a simple return form (given below) when you have received a damaged item, including a picture before returning it.

The products must be returned in original condition, unused and in the original, undamaged packaging. We do reserve the right to refuse any returns, that do not fulfil these criteria. 

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Also, Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping back to us. Returns and exchanges happen at your own risk and own expense (shipping costs are to be paid by you).

  2. We are responsible for the return shipping charges for damaged goods.
  3. The original shipping charge is not refundable in any case

Kindly note that due to the nature of our products (digital downloads), we do not offer refunds. Unless there is a technical issue with a product, all sales are final.
