These are the designs I paint as pairs: two prints made to sit side by side, matched in palette and weight so the wall reads as one piece rather than two things that happened to end up together. Most people arrive here looking for 2 piece wall art or two piece artwork — same thing as a set of 2, and this is where it lives.

The pairs run across the palettes the shop is built on. Floral and botanical sets of 2, eucalyptus and sage green, neutral and beige, blush pink, navy blue, black and white, and modern abstract. Every pair prints in the same seven sizes, so a pair above a bed and a pair over a dining table can be the same artwork at two different scales.

Where does a 2 piece set hang best?

Above a sofa, above a bed, or on the narrow stretch of wall a dining room usually has beside a window. Two prints need less wall than three and are far more forgiving to hang straight — you are lining up one gap rather than two.

Is a set of 2 cheaper than buying two prints?

Yes. A pair is priced below two singles at the same size, and the two arrive together so the paper and the colour match exactly.

What sizes do the pairs come in?

Seven, from 5x7 up to 16x20 inches (13x18 to 41x51 cm). Both prints in a pair are always the same size.
